Daughter of Merchant Navy, Anil Arora, Malaika was born on August 23, 1973. Till 9th she studied at Holy Cross High School, Thane and later shifted to Swami Vivekanand School in Chembur (Mumbai) for her tenth.

Malaika’s career started off with MTV India. From a VJ she rose to become the interviewer for MTV India. Her style, class and oomph factor gave her an opportunity to co-anchor with Cyrus Broacha popular programs Love Line and Style Check, at Award Functions and concert telecast on the television channels. Leading to a very successful modeling career.

After a series of advertisements, Malaika entered the Film industry with her rocking performance in Chaiyya Chaiyya from Dil Se and Maahi Ve in Kaante after which she earned the symbol of sex bomb. Very known for her chic performances, Malaika started to appear on television not as a VJ or host but as a judge of dance competitions like Nach Baliye and Zara Nachke Dikha.

After looking at her figure and sex appeal it may be very difficult for many to accept that Malaika is not only happily married to Arbaaz Khan, brother of actor Salman Khan and Sohail Khan, but also has a son, Arhaan. Well it’s very difficult to find anyone in Bollywood who has maintained their body as well as Malaika, even after motherhood mentioned Amrita Arora, her sister, during one of her interviews.
